About
Us
The staff of the Human Resources Office is
committed to serving faculty, staff, and
students of the Niskayuna Central School
District. Our office provides a range of
services to the 800-plus employees of the school
district, which includes teachers, nurses,
administrators, secretarial staff, custodial
staff, bus drivers, paraprofessionals and other
support personnel. Some of these services
include:

Administration of employee benefits
and personnel policies;

Implementation and oversight of federal and
state policies and civil service procedures
governing employment;
- Staff
recruitment, hiring and retirement
procedures and negotiated agreements.
