and complete a 2008-09 registration form and mail it --
with a check made out to Niskayuna Central
School District -- to the high school at the
address listed below. Pool passes will then be
available at the pool. The registration form is
available here as a

document (26Kb) (requires the

which can be downloaded for free). Please
note that rates are subject to change.
